Clinical medical device in the form of a variable p.d. prismatic binocular giving the patient an image reversed along the vertical axis. Green-painted metal with square-shaped barrels, black lens surrounds and eyepieces. Contained within green leather-covered hinged wooden case with single yellow metal clasp and green velvet lining.
