Leaflet promoting an anti-smoking camapign. A5 format comprising a cover sheet bearing an image of a 2nd class (53 pence) postage stamp encouraging the reader to send back the addressed reply card to their Member of Parliament to encourage the early implementation of the EU Directive on cigarette packaging. On the reverse of that a landscape format campaign image of a young girl with a cigarette in her mouth, her eyes obscured by the final letters of the word 'blindness'.
