Instruction leaflet for an American-made trial frame, designed for use with Tillyer trial lenses. A5 portrait format printed in black and orange on 8 pages of white paper, stapled. Illustrated with a product photograph and diagrams. Together with an original envelope as marked for the attention of Mr Milton Pyke, the Deputy chairman of the British American Optical Company Limited (date stamped 6 May 1949). Supplied with a double-sided card rule for lens height bearing red (minus) and black (plus) millimetre scales. Also a Dioptric Scale printed on white card.
