A4 format printed in full colour on both sides of a single sheet of paper. Front features a photograph of a pair of female eyes wearing contact lenses with natural appearance of a green eye. Reverse features photograph of two women wearing cosmetic contact lenses, and a a table of available parameters and colours: green, hazel, gray (sic), blue.
