Bronze metal medal awarded to employees of Neostyle for ten years' service. Round, engraved in light relief on both sides, with smooth rim. Obverse: In the field a Janus-headed bust bearing the German inscription 'haute couture der brillen mode'. Surrounded by an upper case inscription to upper and lower edge. Reverse: The Nufer family coat of arms, with an inscription to the lower edge.
