Round bronze propaganda medal. Obverse: Skeleton with pipe and pillbox hat, forcing a female figure to the left. Reverse: A bleeding heart, wearing a French cap of Liberty pierced by a skewer with the head of Bismarck. Behind it, a torch. Overlaid by a pair of spectacles with oval eyes and curl sides. Also maker's initials.
