'Sterling' pedestal eyebath

Glass pedestal-type eyebath, moulded. Cobalt blue. Short stem with slightly tapering round foot, slightly recessed beneath. Smooth bowl with dipping lip, oval opening and rounded rims. Intaglio inscription impressed on underside of foot such that it is legible the correct way through the glass when viewed from above.
