Ceramic eyebath, pedestal/spreading stem-type, plain white. Thick, tapering round foot, deeply recessed beneath, with incised line decoration on upper surface and stamped '70' on under surface. Smooth deep bowl with dipping lip, in-turned very wide oval opening and flat rims. Small crack to rim.
