Lens-centreing device. Fenestrated rectangular metal base. Pinhole eyepiece with swivelling occluder. Lens mount part way down stem with drop cell lens clip and sprung marking device (some parts missing). Fully manoeuvreable target disc at end, featuring rotary cross-line and protractor-scale, manipulated by chain mechanism connected to long metal rod with turning wheel. Bench stand missing. Accompanied by a bag containing three screws and a spring.
