Round glass convex sphero-cylindrical lens blank, edged and with axis marked in black ink. Together with original supplier's square-shaped brown paper envelope, front overprinted in black, with spectacle-shaped (R)APHAE(L) logo and slogan and with specimen type stamped on it.
