Diagnostic test comprising black crackled enamel-covered hollow metal tube with detachable handle. Dependent arrow head at distal end of tube. Horizontal plate attached to tube bearing ivorine scale, two vertical slits corresponding to zero points for the eyes and three rows of horizontally aligned holes.
