White plastic 7.5ml bottle of sterile lubricating eyedrops for patients with severe or post-operative dry eye (sample pack). Outer packaging comprises a card box printed in mainly red and black, with a photograph of an open eye and, on one side, four photographs showing the application method overlaid by a braille inscription. Includes patient leaflet dated January 2016.
