Box of five sample spectacle frames, assocaited with a scheme to provide patients with three differently-coloured but otherwise identical frames and a single set of removable prescription lenses. Green cardboard box overprinted in white and red, with inner compartments containing the frames (and possibly, originally, the accompanying case).
