Novelty spectacles. Hollow, transparent dark blue plastic frame containing light-emitting diodes (LEDs). Front in form of the numerals 20149 with the two central numerals forming the eyes. Integral pad bridge. Centre joints attached behind the outer numerals. Drop-end sides ending in bulbous box terminals, the right one containing battery and on-off/intermittent flash switch. Round eyes. Unglazed.
