Representation of the unofficial armorial bearings of the Worshipful Company of Spectacle Makers, being a version prepared for a Fellow for display in his optical practice. Embroidered blue shield bearing a pair of dividers, globe on a stand, prisms and two spectacle frames, surmounted by a two arms with starry-patterned sleeves, bearing a sun symbol, all on a black velvet(?) background. In a dark stained wooden glazed frame.
