Gold medal bearing in the centre an enamelled roundel featuring an NOC monogram. Hallmarked on the reverse. Blue ribbon collarette with bars bearing the engraved names of Presidents of the Congress 1936-1986. Contained in a black leatherette-covered wooden hinged case with two yellow metal clasps, lined with white silk and velvet.
