Quatrefoil centrepiece bearing the BOA logo including two eyes with Moorfields Trial frame, scales, Morton ophthalmoscope (1895 model), two lenses and a surrounding laurel wreath. Blue ribbon collarette. Green leatherette, hinged case with gold border. Lined in yellow velvet. English (London).
