Centration chart comprising a double sided laminated card printed in colour on white, relating to the various available uncut lens sizes. The two halves of the card, each representing a series of concentric lens sizes, with the centration marked with a red cross, may be pulled outwards from the centre along a pupillary distance scale. Reverse features a green eye logo and an 18cm scale. Together with an outer stiff card envelope with side flap.
