Clock, promoting an optical manufacturing company. Light grey aluminium, rectangular panel with etched round clock face and reproduction of a 1741 etching by Johann Dietrich of the itinerant spectacle pedlar/seller/vendor calling at a cottage door. Ornate yellow metal hands. Battery operated from rear-mounted mechanism. In a later (21st c.) wooden box frame with gilded edge.
