Gardiner of Cardiff, confirming that he has satisfied the Board's requirements for entry into one of the member universities. Foolscap, printed on both sides of a single sheet of white paper, signed in ink by the Secretary. Together with the original reinforced brown paper envelope and enclosures comprising three GCE certificates of the Welsh Joint Education Committee. (1966-1967) and a fourth certificate on the use of English (1968).
