Glass reservoir-type eyebath. Cobalt blue glass, moulded. Round base, slightly recessed beneath, with moulded manufacturer's mark 'FOREIGN'. Smooth reservoir and bowl, undecorated. Prominently dipping and pointed lip, with flat rims.
