Glass reservoir-type eyebath. Cobalt blue glass, moulded. Round base with thin foot rim, flat beneath, with moulded manufacturer's mark 'FOREIGN'. Smooth reservoir and bowl, undecorated. Prominently dipping and pointed lip, with narrow opening and flat rims.
