'Pharmax'-type pedestal eyebath

Glass pedestal-type eyebath, moulded. Clear colourless glass. Smooth baluster stem tapering at bowl and foot, tapering round foot, slightly recessed beneath and with somewhat frosted appearance. Writhen-decorated bowl with prominently dipping lip, oval opening and rounded rims. Possibly French.
