Glass bi-colour pedestal-type eyebath, blown. Clear red bowl and upper stem, but clear, colourless glass lower stem and foot. Long baluster stem with wide and thick, slightly tapering (almost flat) round foot, slightly recessed beneath. Smooth bowl with inwardly turning lip, somewhat irregular oval opening and rounded rims.
