Pair of Windsor-type spectacles (specimen used for fitting). Gold-filled frame fully covered with dark red-brown plastic (cellulose nitrate - 'zylonite'). Bowed W-bridge, split centre joints, wire curl sides, round eye rims, glazed with glass retail display lenses bearing etched specification.
