Folding spectacles. 1/10-10ct gold-filled frame. Hinged at either end of bridge, joints and half way along sides. Bowed bridge and fenestrated and textured metal pads attached to inner rims. Centre joints leading to all-metal drop-end sides. Round eye rims with dark brown and yellow mottled plastic (imitation tortoiseshell) rim covers, unglazed. Together with an oval-shaped green leather-covered metal snap case lined with oyster pink silk in the lid and yellow velvet in the base.
