Two quizzing glasses, the larger made from a single slab of demi-blonde mottled real tortoiseshell, the smaller from dark brown mottled real tortoiseshell. The larger example pear-shaped with round lens rim and fenestrated handle, the smaller example figure-of-eight shaped with round lens rim and fenestrated handle, each attached to the other via a string threaded through large central pinhole.
