English pocket telescope from the Louwman Collection, with ivory barrel and eyepiece and two brass draw tubes inscribed with the maker's name 'Adams' (for Dudley Adams), shown against a modern Christmas tree, customised on the inside for Peter and Hansje Louwman, with a textual description of the object in Dutch and English.
