Set of printed notecards reproducing images from the Rembrandt series of paintings of the human senses: 'A Pedlar Selling Spectacles' (Sense of Sight), c.1624-5 (Museum de Lakenhal, Leiden), 'The Three Singers' (Sense of Hearing), c.1624-5 (The Leiden Collection, New York), 'The Stone Operation' (Sense of Touch), c.1624-5 (The Leiden Collection, New York) and 'The Unconscious Patient' (Sense of Smell), c.1624-5 (The Leiden Collection, New York). Together in an outer retail packet that originally contained a duplicate set, bearing a further reproduction of 'The Three Singers' (with one character wearing nose spectacles) on its front panel, with white paper envelopes.
