Letter (sender's copy) sent by Mr I. C. Grigg, Secretary of the GOA, to Mr J. Wattie of the SNCOO, objecting to the plan to build a refraction clinic in the forthcoming Glasgow College of Technology, on the grounds that it might cause the Glasgow Refraction Hospital to suffer, and also asking whether the SNCOO has formed an opinion on the high rates paid by ophthalmic practices in Glasgow. Typewritten carbon copy on one side only of a single sheet of thin white paper, holepunched.
