Letter sent by Mr J. Wattie, Secretary of the of the SNCOO, to Mr I. C. Grigg of the GOA, responding to his question as to whether the SNCOO has formed an opinion on the high rates paid by ophthalmic practices in Glasgow and to his objection to the plan to build a refraction clinic in the forthcoming Glasgow College of Technology, on the grounds that it might cause the Glasgow Refraction Hospital to suffer, noting that the 1969 Scottish conference had indeed resolved to ask the Corporation to transfer clinical facilities to the Refraction Hospital. Typewritten on one side only of a single sheet of white letterhead paper, holepunched. Signed.
