Features stories relating to the new 'Frank' men's frame in Palladium with part-satinised finish, delays in additions to the Varilux 2 Orma range, Rx lens supplies, queries on Rx orders (including illustrated example), illness of Mr Michael Dixon, 'Make it in Livingston' advertising campaign, John Lane returning form Livingston to Gloucester and Tom Holmes to take over from him as Branch Manager in Livingston, updated RPB477 NHS frame display. Front cover features a colour photograph of a man against a light blue background, wearing a pink shirt and coloured tie and the metal 'Frank' frame. Back cover features a full-page advertisement for the 'James Sport' frame with curl sides and saddle bridge. Together with a yellow reply card/order form.
