Round rotating plastic stand with white base, tray and brown stem with black knob. Containing six apertures supporting perforated mushroom-shaped impression moulds: 2 small, 2 medium, 2 large, with injection (hollow) stems. Each size marked with red or blue dots to distinguish left or right eye.
