Novelty spectacles. Hollow, clear transparent plastic frame containing green, pink and blue light-emitting diodes (LEDs). Front in form of the numerals 2009 with the two central 0s forming the eyes. Integral pad bridge. Centre joints attached to the inner edge of the outer numerals. Drop-end sides ending in rectangular box terminals containing battery and on-off switch. Round eyes. Glazed with plastic lenses.
