Framed painting (oil) of a group of four people watching a suspended paper toy (memento mori). Features a woman in metal nose spectacles and a man using a quizzer. Possibly signed and dated (now illegible) within the intricate pattern of the paper cutting. Later (19th century) English picture frame with fluted hollow and gilded gesso.
