Non-luminous ophthalmoscope. Screw-on black handle with shiny metal stem. Rectangular head and mirror. Two large condensing lenses. Three small auxiliary lenses in yellow metal frames with handles. Contained in black case with decorative white metal clasp. Japanese lettering on top of case.
