Ophthalmoscope. Self-illuminating. Black plastic head with detachable white plastic hood and white metal control wheels, textured electric handle grip with central plastic control wheel, twin flex and five round-pin bakelite plug. Alternative battery handle. Alternative cylindrical retinoscopy head. Separate condensing lens in bakelite round rim with handle. Black leather-covered wooden hinged-lid case with two white metal clasps (right clasp broken), a modified central key-operated lock, and dark red velvet lining. Compartments for three spare bulbs (two present) and one other acessory (not present). Together with a Keeler Universal 'Select-A-Lite' transformer unit, with flex and more modern three-pin plug. Together with an additional alternative push-on instrument head (hand slit lamp attachment) supporting a vertically and laterally-adjustable 5X loupe.
