Pamphlet issued by an optical manufacturing company on the advantages of 'Scientype'-brand solid bifocals (Series B) and deeply curved lenses (Series D, mostly for post-cataract but also for high myopes) and the fundamentals in their successful fitting. Small portrait format printed in black and white on 30 pages, stapled, with soft black end papers. Includes a useful illustrated diagram of the three types of bifocal (cement, fused and solid). Includes a separate sheet detailing Series F lenses (stable tinted lenses of uniform density) and Series H (bi-tinted lenses).
