Letters of Patent certificate made out to Norbert (sic) Bier, stamped and sealed, dated 25 January 1945, sealed 4 December 1947, with on the reverse a schedule of annual fees and a pasted patent agents covering note. Together with officially printed patent specification No 592,055 (provisional specification 1945 and complete specification 1946) relating to fenestrated contact lenses. Seven pages of text and one fold-out illustration of double width. All contained within original patent agents' envelope.
