Includes red 6 cent postage stamp, bearing a portrait of Theodore Roosevelt wearing pince-nez, cancelled with first day of issue mark, authorised by the American Stamp Dealers Association. Unaddressed. Includes also a black and white printed graphic of the President, shown head and shoulders, wearing pince-nez, overlaid on a scene depcting the Rough Riders in the Spanish-American War.
