Prescription for a pair of spectacles made out for a Laura Digby by an optical practitioner working for a practice of an optical chain of opticians. Handwritten in black ink on orange pre-printed stationery, with axis of astigmatism denoted, signed and date stamped, overpasted with an advisory label recommending retention of the prescription for future reference.
