Prescription for a pair of spectacles made out for a Florence Rowland by an optical practitioner working for a practice of an optical chain of opticians. Handwritten in black ink on green pre-printed stationery, with axis of astigmatism denoted, signed and dated. Includes details of charges for children of Elementary School age and, on the opther side, advice on cleaning the lenses and bringing the item in for repair.
