Includes signatures of those attending meetings of Standing Committee, Council, Congress Committe, Finance Committee, Examination Committee, AGM, Benevolent Fund, Publications Committee, EGM, Refraction Hospitals Committee, Joint War Emergency Committee, Standing Committee on Post-War Planning etc. between 12 June 1935 and 27 January 1943. Handwritten on lined paper, hard bound with blue fabric-covered cardboard covers and black leather spine.
