Retinoscope. Black metal head with sliding armature in neck. Angled mirror missing but mirror rim is loose in the case. Cylindrical handle in brown bakelite, hollow to accommodate power cable (not present). Contained with a compartmentalised leather-covered wooden hinged case with white metal friction catch, lined with purple velvet and silk.
