Ophthalmoscope. Metal handle containing bulb and brown plastic connector. Blue electric flex. Two alternative heads: 1) Retinoscope with concave disc. Inscribed. 2) Small ophthalmoscope to Farquarson's pattern, with lens disc of six lenses 0 to -4.0 plus an aperture setting from 0 to +10.0. Additional lens clip and X8 loupe, for use with uncovered bulb. Contained in a compartmentalised, black leatherette hinged case, with purple silk and velvet lining. Silk inscribed in gold letters.
