Retinoscope. White battery handle with black collar, streak rotary control wheel and sleeve with rheostat. Black head with vertically aligned focusing control wheel. Contained in red leather hinged case with two yellow metal clasps, blue velvet and purple silk lining. Together with a spare bulb and a warning label attached to the case lid lining.
