Optician's gauge for checking the accuracy of the back vertex distance and measuring the fitting height when dispensing a pair of Varilux lenses once the frame has been selected. Single sheet of clear plastic, the thinner end bearing an oblique transparent area with optimum back vertex distance line, the thicker end bearing a a slot light source and mm gauge scaled from 22-40. Contained within white card wallet with instructions printed on the inner panels in blue.
