Set of four slabs of part-worked plastic showing stages in the manufacture of spectacle fronts. Slab 1 in dark brown plastic with one eye cut-out and the other marked in outline; Slab 2 in light brown transparent plastic with one eye cut out; Slab 3 showing both eyes and one lug cut out plus beginings of shaped bridge; Slab 4 showing both eyes and lugs cut out, one half semi-polished, with finished bridge, the other half unpolished.
