Prototype for Mary Quant ladies spectacles

Prototype ladies spectacle frame as supplied by manufacturer and modified by designer. Semi-transparent crystal plastic frame with blackening of outer rims and half of sides. Flat-section regular key hole bridge with only slightest thickening of nasal area. Shallow lugs with embedded centre joints. Curving drop-end sides with rounded tips. Metallic floral motifs attached to outer sides near joints (but note these are not pin covers). Round eye rims, unglazed.
