Spectacles. Mottled brown and yellow real tortoiseshell frame. Slightly bowed arch bridge. Horizontal lugs supporting metal-to-shell centre joints, horizontally pinned to front. Also gold-coloured outer reinforcement at joints. Drop-end sides with round terminals. Round eye rims, glazed with glass lenses.
